About
Having bridged my Post Master's health informatics education with my extensive industry experience in data communications, information systems, and applications software sales, I successfully transitioned from the declining telecommunications market into the high-growth field of Healthcare IT. I’ve consulted with "C-Suite" executives at major hospitals and health systems across the country on their application of information technology for security (e.g., assessment, compliance, authentication, messaging) as well as their expanding requirements for voice and data communications. Also provided account management and consultative support to project teams, trainers, IT leadership, and clinicians in practices ranging from small physician groups to large, multi-specialty, and integrated health systems. Successfully introduced and leveraged new functionality to increase provider utilization of their electronic health record and practice management solutions.
