About
Ms. Wellman is a graduate of the Biomedical Visualization program at University of Illinois at Chicago. She serves as instructor for Anatomical Visualization and Medical Legal Visualization.
Ms. Wellman has owned and operated Wellman Studios, a business devoted to creating medical legal exhibits in the Chicagoland area. Litigation areas include both medical malpractice and personal injury. She has also been the staff medical illustrator at the University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Neurosurgery since 1994. In addition to her instruction at BVIS, she also serves as Lecturer at University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology for Gross Human Anatomy and Human Neuroanatomy.
Christa's outside interests include hiking and long distance backpacking.
