About
Kelli Baggett, PT, DPT is a physical therapist who received her Bachelors of Health Science in 2014 and then her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2016 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Upon completing the DPT program, Dr. Baggett worked part time as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. She then moved to Chicago to complete the Orthopaedic Physical Therapy residency program here at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Baggett graduated from the residency program in August 2017 and will sit for her exam to become a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in March 2018. Currently, Dr. Baggett serves as a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor and Senior Resident in the UIC Faculty Practice, providing patient care in the outpatient orthopedic setting, teaching in the DPT program, and teaching an undergraduate course "Introduction to Physical Therapy". As part of this role, Dr. Baggett recently spent 3 months in Washington, D.C. working in the outpatient orthopedic clinic at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
